I've been a creative partner with Gradient—the 5th largest innovation hub in the nation—for 6+ years. I collaborate with their VP of Marketing, CEO, and executive leaders to build annual Impact Reports, campaign and program branding, environmental design, and creative storytelling touch-points. I concept and pitch creative ideas as well as execute on existing creative direction across print, digital, and swag. With the launch of its new 112,000 sq ft building, I led creative design for GTM sales materials that contributed to 70%+ occupancy for Gradient in its first year.
